Duniway School is hosting a traveling exhibit by the Fair Housing Council of Oregon about the history of housing discrimination in Oregon.
This exhibit, “Anywhere But Here”, will be at Duniway on Thursday, April 17, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Admission is free.
The exhibit uses six interconnected panels consisting of photographs, text, and personal quotes to chronicle the history of housing discrimination in Oregon. This exhibit is being brought to Duniway by a fifth grade teacher as part of her civics and social science curriculum. The flyer pictured here was designed by a Duniway fifth-grade student.
A staff member from the Fair Housing Council of Oregon will be on-hand to provide information and answer questions.
